1000% Recommend!!! Our AC went out on a 95-degree day and we called Chris and he came out the same afternoon and fixed our AC for us! We were so grateful. He was so kind, professional, explained what the problem was and had the parts to fix it!
I have a difficult time trusting HVAC businesses from past experience. Started with a meeting with Chris evaluating my current system's problems. He clearly outlined the repairs and improvements and gave me 2 options to replace my system. His quotes were very well explained in layman’s terms. No pressure to buy right at that moment. Solutions HVAC was extremely professional, thorough, and actually put in unexpected extra work without an additional charge.
Cris is very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Since our 18-year-old furnace hadn’t been maintained properly, Cris addressed all the possible issues, but then did something extraordinary. He took the entire unit apart to inspect everything, and found that the HVAC was still serviceable. Now our HVAC is working great, thanks to Cris taking a long-term approach to customer service, rather than looking for the “quick fix.” We saved thousands of dollars.
In the midst of the icy storm, a widow Mom & her 2 kids were sitting days without heat. I started calling HVAC companies, either no answer or no availability. Cris put her home as a priority and was there the next day. It ended up being a solid scavenger hunt of multiple different issues, but he was committed to making sure she and the kids had heat before he left. He isn't upselling or talking over you. A real genuine, legitimate business.
If it were possible to give 10 stars in a 5-star rating, that would be exactly that. Cris is extremely knowledgeable in this industry. His workmanship is high quality. As a retired engineer, I was impressed with the entire process of removal of the old system and installation of the new heat pump and furnace. To say they went beyond the call of duty is a total understatement.
