"Cris with Solutions HVAC did a great job with the initial consultation going over all our options and financing needs. Once we selected the unit he was able to start right away on getting the install completed. It took a little longer than expected due to him having to fabricate part of the unit by hand but worked long hours to get it completed within the week. He was courteous and communicative throughout the process. He guarantees all the work and follows up with a 30 day inspection to ensure all is working as it should. He will do the biannual inspections as part of maintaining the warranty."

Went with a variable speed heat pump and gas furnace pairing. This was Monday evening. The AC/heatpump side was up and running by Friday evening as Cris projected. Completed the furnace portion the following Monday, which of course wasn't needed yet and still isn't until it gets cold! Cris showed up when he said he would, no excuses just professional results.
