From start to finish Cris was professional, detail-oriented, and paid attention to our needs. Not something a "big box" HVAC company would do.
Cris took extra time to check for carbon monoxide leaks throughout the house and left me with information on my system and how I could improve it in the future. He even emailed me a few days later, checking up on everything.
Cris was amazing. He had to come out to diagnose/repair our HVAC. Found that the install of our original system was not installed to required specifications and not legally permitted. Cris fixed all that and checks in to ensure we are fully functional. We are now permitted and operational.
They recently installed ducting and equipment for ventilation & dehumidification on a newly constructed indoor swim spa/pool room. Solutions produced amazing results while staying on schedule and budget. More recently, the exterior heat pump compressor kept icing… Solutions was able to work with the manufacturer to troubleshoot & repair the system. They even arranged for the parts to be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
They found issues that a prior company had missed. Their prices are fair and they do not push things you do not need. My system is about 15 years old and I really need a new one, but because I can't afford it right now they're just fixing the problems for me to make it last until I can get a new one. When I do have the money, I will hire this company.
